Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or partially consumed items.

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.

  • The product is incorrect or different from the order placed.

  • The package is tampered with upon delivery.

  • The product is expired at the time of delivery.

To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with clear photographs of the product and packaging.


Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Damaged products

  • Wrong products delivered

  • Missing items in the order

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened food products

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

  • Orders reported after 48 hours of delivery

  • Products purchased during special promotions unless damaged or incorrect


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

For cancellation requests, please contact our support team as soon as possible.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Take clear photographs of the product and packaging.

  2. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Provide your order number and relevant details.

Our team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.


Replacement Policy

Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded, depending on product availability.

If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to:

  • Incorrect product delivery

  • Damaged product received

  • Manufacturing defect
